Hermance Stadium - Anderson Field
Hermance Stadium - Anderson FieldHermance Stadium was built in 1920 for the Oglethorpe football team. It has since been turned into the home of Oglethorpe's baseball team.
Hermance Stadium is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

From the Airport:
- Take I-85 North through the Downtown Connector (I-75/85 merge).
- Continue on I-85 North to Exit 89 - North Druid Hills Road. Follow directions below.
From I-85:
- Take Exit 89 - North Druid Hills Road.
- Head west approximately 2 miles, where North Druid Hills Road meets Peachtree Road. Be aware that North Druid Hills Road bears off to the right at the third traffic light.
- When you reach Peachtree Road, turn right and head north on Peachtree Road for 1 mile.
- Oglethorpe University will be on your left.
From I-285:
- Take exit 31-A, Peachtree Industrial Boulevard south.
- Head south on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard for approximately 4 miles.
- Oglethorpe University will be on your right.
From GA-400:
- Take GA-400 to I-285 east.
- Go east on I-285 for one exit to exit 29, Ashford-Dunwoody Road.
- Turn right onto Ashford-Dunwoody Road, and continue until the road meets Peachtree Road.
- Turn right on Peachtree Road.
- Oglethorpe University will be one block ahead on your right.
By MARTA:
- Oglethorpe University is conveniently located one mile north of the Brookhaven MARTA train station on Peachtree Road. The Brookhaven MARTA stop (labeled NE-8 on MARTA maps) is located on MARTA's "Northeast" line and may require a change of trains at the Lindbergh station. Taxis are usually available, or you can transfer to the #25 bus line.
